Description:

We have a partnered with a multichannel Homewares brand based in the South East. Our client is seeking a Trade Sales Support Assistant, which is a brand new role. The role is responsible for offering efficient and effective customer service to trade customers, working with the Sales Managers and other department managers to ensure the trade customer journey is seamless and award winning.

Role:

  • Managing all aspects of customer service for allocated accounts.
  • Support throughout the order cycle from receipt to dispatch.
  • Liaising closely with customers to ensure delivery schedules and ETA’s are provided/updated.
  • Requesting and chasing payments from customers as and when required.
  • Resolving any and all order discrepancies or issues.
  • Supporting the Sales Managers

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of working within a Sales Support environment – ideally within the retail sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High level of organisation with an analytical approach to problem solving.
  • High proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Great “can do” attitude.
