We have partnered with a growing multi channel fashion brand based in the South West. Our client is looking for a Head of Sales who will be an ambassador for the brand. You will form commercial relationships with partners and deliver sustainable sales and profit growth.
- Deliver the key wholesale KPI’s: margin, sales and costs.
- Form strong commercial relationships with wholesale partners to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth.
- Ensure understanding of the wholesale customer profile and marketplace.
- Put in place plans to recover a strong Wholesale customer business, complementing the business store location strategy in the UK and exploring overseas opportunities.
- Translate strategic Brand goals into strategies that support the brands’ customer vision, values and culture.
- Identify key international markets for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents in prospective and existing territories
- Create a plan to introduce new business channels and concessions to give the brand a strong global presence and grow sales and profitability.
- Coach and develop direct reports to deliver a high-performance team
