Role:

• Reporting to the eCommerce Manager you will support the team in maximising sales through effective management of eCommerce platforms
• You’ll focus on optimising the web trading, analysing sales data and inventory management
• Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align product displays with promotional campaigns
• Curate visually appealing and user-friendly online product displays, ensuring accurate representation
• Optimise product listings, imagery, and descriptions to maximise customer engagement
• Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyse customer behaviour, traffic patterns, and conversion rates.
• Regularly review sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling product descriptions, educational content, and multimedia assets to enhance the online shopping experience
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure stock availability
• Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimise out-of-stock situations
• Continuously explore and implement improvements to the user interface and overall online shopping experience
• Conduct A/B testing

• At least two years experience within an Ecommerce merchandising role
