We have partnered with an iconic heritage brand who is going through a very exciting time of growth. Our client is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Executive to join this much loved brand. You will be offered flexible and hybrid working along with a very competitive salary and benefits.
Role:
- Reporting to the eCommerce Manager you will support the team in maximising sales through effective management of eCommerce platforms
- You’ll focus on optimising the web trading, analysing sales data and inventory management
- Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align product displays with promotional campaigns
- Curate visually appealing and user-friendly online product displays, ensuring accurate representation
- Optimise product listings, imagery, and descriptions to maximise customer engagement
- Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyse customer behaviour, traffic patterns, and conversion rates.
- Regularly review sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling product descriptions, educational content, and multimedia assets to enhance the online shopping experience
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure stock availability
- Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimise out-of-stock situations
- Continuously explore and implement improvements to the user interface and overall online shopping experience
- Conduct A/B testing
Ideal Candidate:
- Someone who can strategies to drive sales
- Enhance the overall customer experience
- At least two years experience within an Ecommerce merchandising role
- A can do attitude
- A self-starter
