Lynda has worked at senior management level in HR and in running businesses. Which means she knows how hard it is to find a recruiter that really delivers what they promise – and who takes the load off you. And because of Lynda’s broader business experience, she will be able to talk to you about the strategic issues you face, how we might be able to help, and advise you on your talent pipeline.

FELICITY MCNICHOL - DIRECTOR

Felicity has 7 years experience as a Buyer and 5 years in retail recruitment, Having been on the receiving end of recruitment agencies and working in large recruitment companies the experience of both made her determined to start her own business to give the bespoke, personal, and great service to her clients and candidates that large companies just can’t deliver. So she works with a select number of clients to give them her undivided attention.
